  • My Lists

    Overview

My Lists is the main place for returning to lists you have already created.

    On Home

The My Lists Home section shows saved list cards. Its display-count control supports 3, 6, 9, or 12 visible lists. Use View All to open the full list-management view.

    Manage your lists

In View All, you can open a list, duplicate it, delete it directly, select multiple lists, select all lists, and delete the selected lists.

    Duplicating a list

A duplicated list receives its own list identity and its own sharing identity. It does not reuse the original list’s public sharing link.

  • Delete a List

    Overview

Send Listy provides direct delete actions in list management and a delete action in the List Editor’s expanded options.

    Steps

    1. Open My Lists and View All, then use the delete action beside the list; or open the List Editor and expand Activate list Options to reach the Delete list action.
    2. Confirm the deletion when Send Listy asks for confirmation.

    What happens across devices

For a list that has already been synchronized with the signed-in account, Send Listy records the deletion and passes that state to the other signed-in devices. An older device should not recreate the deleted list by saving or sharing an outdated copy.

    Notes

Send Listy also clears the stale local state associated with the deleted list and removes deleted or nonexistent entries from the synchronized My Lists order.

  • Choose a List Type

    Overview

A list type gives a new list its starting purpose and presentation. You can choose a type from Home or change the type while working with a draft when that control is available.

    Built-in list types

Send Listy includes Custom List, Note, To do Steps, Delivery List, Home, Work, Daily Tasks, Shopping, Travel, School, Events, and Team List.

    How to choose

    • Use Note when the main content is a memo rather than a checklist.
    • Use To do Steps for phased, sequential work with steps and progress.
    • Use Team List when you want participants and task assignment.
    • Use Shopping, Travel, School, Home, Work, Daily Tasks, Events, or Delivery as purpose-specific starting types.
    • Use Custom List when none of the built-in purposes fits.

    Notes

The editor can still expose optional list fields and optional item fields independently of the chosen type, so a type is a starting structure rather than a permanent restriction on every field.

  • Built-in List Types

    Overview

Send Listy provides a protected catalog of built-in list types. These system types stay available even when you create your own custom type.

    Types and intended use

    • Home — home tasks and chores.
    • Work — tasks and work goals.
    • Daily Tasks — everyday organization.
    • Shopping — groceries and shopping lists.
    • Delivery List — deliveries, parcels, and tracking-oriented lists.
    • Travel — packing and travel checklists.
    • School — study and school supplies.
    • Events — party and event planning.
    • Team List — members and assigned tasks.
    • Note — memo-first lists.
    • To do Steps — phases and actionable steps.
    • Custom List — a general-purpose list.

    Notes

Built-in types are protected in the Manage list types screen. They are not deleted or renamed through the custom-type manager.

  • Use a Note List

    Overview

The Note list type is designed for memo content. A new Note list starts with a memo item instead of three normal blank checklist items.

    Working with a Note list

    1. Create a new list and choose Note.
    2. Enter the memo text in the memo block.
    3. Adjust the memo text size or memo background when needed.
    4. Use Add another memo to insert another memo block.
    5. Use Add normal item if you also need ordinary checklist items.
    6. Create or Save the list.

    Notes

Normal checklist items are optional in a Note list. Additional memo blocks are inserted before normal items so memo content remains grouped together.

  • Use a Team List

    Overview

Team List starts with Group & Assign Tasks enabled. It is intended for lists where items belong to specific participants.

    Steps

    1. Create a new list and choose Team List.
    2. Add one or more members or participants.
    3. Add the list items.
    4. Assign items to the appropriate participant.
    5. Use the team summary to review member count, total tasks, completed tasks, and remaining tasks.
    6. Save the list and use the sharing controls when you are ready to send it.

    Sharing assigned work

Send Listy can prepare the full list or a member-targeted view of assigned items. Unassigned items can also be treated as a target group in the member sharing flow.

    Notes

Group & Assign Tasks is not limited to the Team List type: the editor can enable group mode for another list when that option is available. Team List simply starts in group mode automatically.

  • Create and Manage Custom List Types

    Overview

Send Listy lets you create custom list types with your own name and icon. Custom types appear in the new-list experience and related selectors such as Add list by AI.

    Create a custom type

    1. Open Manage list types.
    2. Select Add type.
    3. Enter a type name.
    4. Choose an icon.
    5. Select Save list type.

Edit or delete a custom type

Custom types can be edited or deleted from Manage list types. Built-in types are shown as Built-in and are protected.

    Notes

Deleting a custom type removes the type definition from the custom-type catalog but does not delete lists that were already created with it.

  • Send Listy Libraries

    Overview

Libraries is a Home discovery window that groups reusable resources. It is a presentation area, not a separate copy of the library content.

    Resources

Depending on the published Home layout, Libraries can expose Template Cards, item/shopping shortcuts, Step by Step guides, List Types, Add list by AI, and Paste a List.

    Where the content comes from

Templates, reusable Items, and Step by Step guides come from the official Send Listy libraries. Your actual lists and inserted items are then managed through the normal Send Listy list system.

See Browse and Find Templates, Browse the Step by Step Library, and Use the Add Items Library for details about each resource.

  • Use the Add Items Library

    Overview

The Add Items Library is the official reusable-item collection in Send Listy.

    Use library items

    1. Open the List Editor.
    2. Choose Add Items or open the item-discovery surface.
    3. Browse or search the available item categories.
    4. Select one or more items.
    5. Add the selected items to the current list.

    Language

The item library is multilingual, so categories and item names can have language-specific variants.

    Notes

Library items are reusable starting content. Once added to your list, the resulting list items are managed through the normal Send Listy editor.

  • Upgrade from the Free Plan

    Overview

For a Free account, My Plan includes an Upgrade action. Send Listy also places the available paid plan cards directly in the My Plan experience so you can compare and choose without first leaving the plan view.

    Steps

    1. Open My Plan.
    2. Select Upgrade, or scroll to the paid-plan choices shown below your current Free plan.
    3. Review the available plan cards.
    4. Select the paid plan you want.
    5. If authentication is required, sign in or create an account. Send Listy keeps the selected plan and continues the checkout flow.

    Notes

The actual price and offer shown on each card come from the current Send Listy plan definition.
