Start from Home or a list-type entry, add a name and content in the List Editor, then use Create. See Create a List.
Choose the type that best matches the job: Note for memo-first content, To do Steps for phased work, Team List for members and assignments, or one of the purpose-specific built-in types. See Choose a List Type.
Yes. Custom list types can have their own name and icon. Built-in list types remain protected. See Create and Manage Custom List Types.
Use Quick Add. Enter or paste one item per line, then add all non-empty lines to the current list.
If you want to create a new list directly from those lines, use Paste a List. Quick Add is for the list already open in the editor.
In Send Listy, the flow imports structured JSON that you generate with an AI tool and then paste into Send Listy. See Add a List by AI.
Yes. Use the Add Items Library when available to browse reusable Send Listy library items and add selected items to your current list.
Yes. When items are selected, the Share List flow can offer Selected items as the share scope instead of the Full List.
Yes. Share List separates Interactive List and Text Only formats.

No. The original Template stays unchanged while Send Listy creates an independent working list for you. See Master Template vs. Your List.

Progress comes from actionable steps. Completed steps count toward the overall percentage, and each phase can have its own completed/total progress.
Use the live Plans or My Plan experience. Use the live Plans or My Plan view for the current price rather than relying on an older help article.
For the current payment-provider flow, a confirmed upgrade takes effect immediately and the payment provider calculates the prorated difference for the remaining billing period.
For a payment-provider-managed subscription, the lower plan is scheduled for the next renewal period, subject to the current seat and minimum-period rules.
No. The current paid access remains active until the current period end.
Send Listy Documentation is the official product-help source. Ask Listy uses searchable copies of that documentation to find the most relevant guidance.
Ask Listy is designed to use the most relevant official documentation to provide a direct answer, clear steps, and the appropriate help or app destination.
If an official answer is not documented, Ask Listy should not invent product instructions. The missing topic should be treated as a documentation gap for review.
Your Send Listy account is used for sign-in and for account-backed features such as plans, subscriptions, usage limits, memberships, and supported synchronization.
Account and plan surfaces can accept an email address or username with a password. Configured social sign-in options can also include Continue with Google and Continue with Apple.
When you choose a paid plan while signed out, the Plans flow can open an account-required panel. You can sign in or create an account first, and Send Listy preserves the selected plan so the checkout flow can continue after authentication.
Available social providers depend on the site’s current authentication configuration. A provider that is not configured is not presented as an active sign-in route.
My Plan is the user-facing source for your effective Send Listy plan and subscription state.
Free accounts can use Upgrade to view paid plans directly inside My Plan. Paid users can open View Plans. Payment-managed subscriptions can expose Cancel at Period End or Resume Renewal, while manually managed subscriptions use a different management flow.
