  • Easy Video Tutorials

    Overview

    Easy Video Tutorials is a dedicated Send Listy learning library. When enabled, it can be opened from the Tutorials area on Home or from another Video Tutorials entry surface.

    Viewer

    The viewer uses the unified Send Listy window header with Back, a centered title, and Close. The main viewer contains topic filters, the current tutorial video, and navigation controls.

    Availability

    The exact controls you see depend on the Video Tutorials configuration. The administrator can enable or disable features such as sharing, Previous/Next controls, fullscreen, vertical swipe navigation, remembered progress, autoplay, and automatic next tutorial.

  • Navigate Video Tutorials

    Filter by topic

    Use the topic chips at the top of the viewer to show All tutorials or only tutorials assigned to a specific topic.

    When enabled, use Previous and Next, the vertical arrow/dot capsule, or a vertical swipe. Desktop wheel navigation can also move through the reel when vertical navigation is enabled.

    Fullscreen

    When the Full Screen button is enabled, use it to enter or exit fullscreen playback. On compatible mobile browsers the viewer also uses the browser’s native video fullscreen fallback.

    Notes

    Navigation stops at the first and last tutorial in the current filtered set.

  • Continue Watching and Share a Tutorial

    Remembered progress

    When Remember progress is enabled, the viewer stores the current tutorial and playback time on the current browser/device. Reopening the viewer can return you to that tutorial and resume from the saved time.

    Continue Watching

    The viewer includes Continue Watching and Up Next information when the relevant tutorial data is available.

    Share

    When Share is enabled, the current tutorial is shared with its title, description or title fallback, and a public tutorial URL. On supported devices, Send Listy opens the native share sheet. Otherwise it attempts to copy the public URL to the clipboard.

    Notes

    Remembered tutorial progress is browser-local behavior in Video Tutorials; it is not documented as account-synced progress.

  • Video Tutorial Language and Topic Filtering

    Active language

    Video Tutorials follows the active Send Listy language. The viewer updates its interface labels and direction and requests the tutorial library for the current language.

    Video fallback

    If an exact tutorial video variant is not available, the tutorial system can fall back through its configured fallback language, the tutorial’s source language, and English. If the video language differs from the current interface language, the viewer can show a video-language badge.

    Topics

    The viewer filters tutorials by the Topics actually assigned to them; it does not guess a Topic from the tutorial title.

  • A Template Cannot Be Used

    Check sign-in

    If Send Listy cannot resolve plan compatibility for a signed-out user, the Template flow can ask you to sign in for a plan check.

    Check plan compatibility

    A Template can require limits or features that are not available to the current plan. The Template card or plan check can indicate Fits your plan or Upgrade required.

    Final authority

    Send Listy library supplies the Master Template, but Send Listy remains the authority for access, plan check, limits, and user-copy creation.

  • Troubleshoot Video Tutorials

    Check the active language

    The Video Tutorials library follows the active Send Listy language. When an exact video variant is unavailable, the configured fallback path can be used and the viewer can label the fallback video language.

    Check the topic filter

    The topic chips filter by the Topics actually assigned to tutorials. Switch to All if a tutorial is hidden by the current topic filter.

    Remembered progress

    Remembered tutorial ID and playback time are stored in the current browser when that feature is enabled. They are not documented as account-synced progress.

  • Troubleshoot List Sync Across Devices

    1. Check the account

    Confirm that both devices are signed in to the same Send Listy account. Account-backed lists are synchronized through the authenticated account flow.

    2. Check whether the list is local-only

    A truly local unsynced list has no sync identity and is intentionally treated differently from a list that has already been backed by the account.

    3. If the problem follows a deletion

    Send Listy treats deletion as authoritative for account-synced account lists. A stale device should not recreate a list that was deleted on another device.

  • A Deleted List Reappeared or Is Still Visible

    Expected behavior

    For a list already synchronized with your account, Send Listy keeps the deletion state during account sync. An older device should not recreate the deleted list.

    What to check

    • Confirm the devices are using the same Send Listy account.
    • Confirm the list was previously account-synced rather than a separate local-only list.
    • Return to My Lists after the normal account synchronization flow completes.

  • Troubleshoot Add list by AI

    Invalid JSON

    Check that you copied complete valid JSON. Send Listy can remove an outer fenced JSON code block before parsing, but the content inside the block still has to be valid JSON.

    Missing items array

    The imported list object must contain an items array. If the AI output uses a different structure, ask the AI tool to regenerate the list in the required JSON form.

    Use Preview to verify the parsed list name, type, item count, and content before selecting Use this list.
