Overview
A manual plan is managed by a Send Listy administrator rather than by an automatic billing provider.
Billing and renewal
My Plan labels this subscription Manual plan and Manual renewal. Automatic billing controls such as Cancel at Period End and Resume Renewal are not available.
Downgrade requests
A manual downgrade is submitted for administrator review. Submitting the request does not change the plan and does not contact the payment provider. The current plan stays active until an administrator approves the request. Seat capacity is checked before the request is created and again before an approved plan change is applied.
