Changing an existing payment-managed paid plan requires an explicit confirmation step.
What you review
The confirmation shows the current plan, target plan, target price, and the applicable policy: immediate/prorated for an upgrade or scheduled for the next renewal period for a downgrade.
Confirmation
You must acknowledge the billing notice before confirming. Send Listy rechecks plan and seat eligibility at the moment of confirmation.
Notes
No plan change is made until the confirmation is submitted successfully.
