Overview
My Plan is the user-facing source for your effective Send Listy plan and subscription state.
What My Plan can show
- Plan name and status.
- Current displayed plan price.
- Number of accounts supported by the plan.
- Seats used for multi-account plans.
- Current period end when a subscription period is available.
- Whether renewal is automatic, scheduled to end, in a grace period, or manually managed.
- Whether your access is included by a Family or Business plan owner.
Available actions
Free accounts can use Upgrade to view paid plans directly inside My Plan. Paid users can open View Plans. Payment-managed subscriptions can expose Cancel at Period End or Resume Renewal, while manually managed subscriptions use a different management flow.
