Overview
Payment-managed paid plan changes use an explicit confirmation flow. No plan change is made merely by opening the preview.
Steps
- Open Plans from My Plan.
- Choose a higher paid plan.
- Review the current plan, new plan, current target price, and upgrade policy.
- Acknowledge the billing notice.
- Select Confirm Upgrade.
Billing behavior
For the current payment-provider flow, the upgrade takes effect immediately. The payment provider calculates the prorated difference for the remaining billing period and may charge that difference to the payment method immediately.
Validation
Send Listy checks the target plan and current seat usage before showing the confirmation and checks them again when you confirm.
