Check administrator control
the Send Listy Home layout decides which sections exist and which positions are locked. A locked section cannot be hidden or reordered from personal Settings.
Check personal preferences
In Settings → Home & Widgets, confirm that the section is visible and review its order among the user-controllable slots.
Reset personal Home preferences
Use Use Admin Layout to discard the current browser’s personal Home override and return to the administrator-defined layout.
