Overview
Send Listy supports account-based list synchronization. The Settings sign-in flow describes Google or Apple sign-in as a way to access and sync your lists across devices.
Requirements
Use the same Send Listy account on the devices that should share the same synced list data.
How deletion sync works in Send Listy
For lists already synchronized with your account, a deletion is treated as authoritative. Send Listy keeps a deletion record during synchronization so an older device does not recreate a list that was deleted on another device.
If a local copy was previously synchronized but no longer exists in the current account data, Send Listy removes that stale copy. A truly local list that has never been synchronized is preserved instead of being mistaken for a remotely deleted list.
Troubleshooting
If two devices do not show the same saved lists, first confirm that both are signed in to the same Send Listy account. Local-only unsynced lists and account-synced lists are intentionally treated differently.
