These Terms of Service govern your use of Send Listy. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Using Send Listy
Send Listy helps users create, organize, save, share, and collaborate on lists. You may use the service only in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and activities performed through your account. Tell us promptly through the website support channel if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Age requirement
You must meet the minimum legal age required to create an online account in your country, or have any required permission from a parent or legal guardian.
4. Your lists and content
You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You give Send Listy the limited permission needed to store, process, display, synchronize, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service and provide features you request.
5. Shared lists and links
You control who you send lists or links to. Anyone who receives a shared link may be able to view or interact with the information made available through that link. Do not share confidential, unlawful, or sensitive information with people who should not receive it.
6. Attachments
Where file uploads are available, you are responsible for the files you upload and for having the right to use and share them. Do not upload malware, illegal content, infringing material, or files intended to harm the service or other users.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse Send Listy, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, abuse other users, distribute harmful code, use the service for fraud or unlawful activity, or violate the rights of others.
8. Third-party services
Features may connect to services such as Google, WhatsApp, iMessage, websites, or device sharing tools. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. Send Listy is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.
9. Free and paid features
Send Listy may offer free and paid plans or features. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, included features, and cancellation options will be shown before a paid purchase. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by these Terms.
10. Service changes and availability
We may improve, modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep Send Listy available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
11. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law, including in cases of serious or repeated violations of these Terms. You may stop using Send Listy at any time.
12. Intellectual property
Send Listy branding, software, interface elements, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Send Listy intellectual property to users.
13. Disclaimer
Send Listy is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, secure, accurate, or suitable for every purpose.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Send Listy and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of the service, loss of access, third-party services, or content shared by users. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. If a change materially affects existing users, we may provide an appropriate notice or request renewed acceptance where required.
