What is the fastest way to add many items to the list I am editing?
Use Quick Add. Enter or paste one item per line, then add all non-empty lines to the current list.
I already have a complete list in plain text. Should I use Quick Add?
If you want to create a new list directly from those lines, use Paste a List. Quick Add is for the list already open in the editor.
Does Add list by AI generate the list inside Send Listy?
In Send Listy, the flow imports structured JSON that you generate with an AI tool and then paste into Send Listy. See Add a List by AI.
Can I choose ready-made items?
Yes. Use the Add Items Library when available to browse reusable Send Listy library items and add selected items to your current list.
